7. Any use of additional transportation apart from the above route will be charged extra.

8. Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.

10. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbance etc.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival dates: No Retention Charge.
2. Cancellation within 15 days of arrival date: 50% of the package/applied rate as Retention Charge.
3. Cancellation within 07 Days of arrival date or non-utilisation of room: 100% Package/applied cost as Retention Charge.

Tour Conditions:

1. Rates are per a person on Twin sharing, net and non-commissionable, are subject to change.
2. Minimum 2 persons are required.
3. Hotel category made according to the Government classification and our estimation.
